We provide services relating to designing and hosting a website, editing the contents of the website and creating new content based on presentations, manuscripts, or books you provide.

Turning a presentation, manuscript, or book into an easily digestible online experience can be challenging. While we offer direct conversions into e-books, creating a website requires some editing and reorganization of your work's content. Instead of trying to guess how we can capture the reader's interest by providing a linear story, we need to allow him or her to pick and choose the content that he or she finds interesting.

Are you just looking for someone to set up the basics? No problem! We can set up a new hosted website on Webflow. Working iteratively on the content and coaching you on the basics, you can then take over at any time of the project while we provide support in the background. Please note, though, that while we can also help with the design, our focus is on getting the content right. There are many professional designers out there doing a stellar job. For Webflow a good starting place to look for professional web design is its selection of free and paid popular designs.

Do you already have a website? We can help you edit the text to make it letter-perfect.

Additional notes:

  • The time needed to create the website depends on the form and quality of the available texts and images. With available texts and images, a fully working website can be finished within a single day.
  • While we will give you an introduction to how to make future changes yourself, we also offer coaching sessions for more intensive training on topics like search engine optimization (SEO) or design.

Booking

- Our coaching sessions are not a set of recordings. In our online, live training, we address your individual needs.
- Whether as a block of appointments, weekly appointment, once a month, or as required, we are available for you.
- Busy during the week? No problem, we are also available on Saturdays.
- We are happy to take part in group meetings for feedback.
- Each session is usually 60 minutes long.
- Depending on your needs, we can also offer e-mail support or longer units.
- With our calendar, you can book and pay for each session individually or as a series.
- Some of the (billed) work might be done outside the coaching sessions. In that case, we will inform you upfront.
- We offer a 50% discount if you agree to allow your session recordings to be used to promote our coaching.

- Our hourly rate for this service is
80.00 EUR
/hour (including taxes).
- As we work in small iterations and provide estimates upfront, you are always in control of the costs.
- After each iteration, you can book another session or continue on your own.

- You can ask specific questions about our coaching and how we'll work together.
- During the meeting, we will discuss what steps are required to reach your goal.
- If you do not have a goal yet, that is fine, too. We can discuss various topics; you select what path to pursue.

- If you are happy with the session, we can send you an estimate with a summary of the planned work.

- If you are happy with the session, you can book individual coaching sessions.
- If applicable, we will send you an estimate with a summary of the planned work outside the coaching sessions.
- We will also offer feedback about your current abilities and the best improvement plan.

Clemens Lode

Hello! My name is Clemens and I run LODE Publishing. I’m an author of books on philosophy, science, and project management, and an agile and publishing coach based in Düsseldorf, Germany. I like visiting the gym, learning to sing, observing animals, and creating videos on science and philosophy, and I like learning from nature and love the idea of optimizing systems. In my youth, I was an active chess player reaching the national championship in Germany, and an active pen&paper player leading groups of adventurers on a mental journey. These activities align with my calm approach to moderating meetings, leading meetups, and focusing on details. My personality type in socionics is IEE/ENFp.
